Peanut Butter Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Peanut butter chocolate truffles recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter chips 
¾ cup butter 
½ cup cocoa 
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 
1 tablespoon vanilla

For the Coatings: 
crushed graham cracker crumbs, confectioners sugar or crushed nuts

Note: The ingredients above makes about 3 dozen truffles

Instructions:
  1. In a heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with butter. 
  2. Stir in cocoa until smooth. 
  3. Add condensed milk and vanilla. 
  4. Cook and stir until thickened and well blended, about 4 minutes. 
  5. Remove from heat. 
  6. Chill until firm enough to handle. 
  7. Shape into 1 inch balls. 
  8. Roll in desired coating. 
  9. Chill until firm. 
  10. Store, covered in refrigerator
